We stand behind every Luna & Ease product. If you try any of our supplements consistently for 30 days and don't notice a meaningful difference in your stress levels or sleep quality, contact us at hello@lunaandease.com for a full refund. No questions asked. This guarantee is in addition to our standard return policy below.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first at hello@lunaandease.com and we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@lunaandease.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned including opened supplement products, perishable goods, custom or personalised items, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@lunaandease.com to initiate the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at hello@lunaandease.com.
