Processing Time
All Luna & Ease orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and the European Union.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 USD incur a flat shipping rate at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Luna & Ease has no control over customs processing times which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@lunaandease.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. Luna & Ease is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luna & Ease is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
